What is an AI Reply?

An AI Reply is one answer generated by your bot in response to a customer message. A single conversation usually contains several AI Replies. Replies are counted across all text channels (website, Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp). Voice calls are NOT counted as AI Replies — they use a separate voice allowance.

How is the Knowledge Base measured?

Your bot's Knowledge Base is the content it learns from — website pages, uploaded files and Q&A. Capacity is measured in characters of indexed content. Free includes 400,000 characters; Starter 4,000,000; Pro is unlimited (fair use). The AI Knowledge Base powers every plan — only its size changes.

How does voice (Vocalbot) work?

On Free and Starter, the voice bot runs in test mode: add up to 3 phone numbers in Settings — only those numbers can call your bot — with a one-time 30-minute total testing budget. Upgrade to Pro to open your voice bot to all callers with a monthly minute allowance.

What are seats?

Seats are the number of team members who can manage your bots and workspace. Free: 1, Starter: 2, Pro: 5, Custom: unlimited.

Which channels are included?

Channels are where your bot talks to customers: website chat widget, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, voice (Vocalbot) and Alexa. Free is web only; Starter adds all Meta chat channels; Pro adds full voice and Alexa.
