Data Deletion Instructions

Messenger & Instagram — ask directly in the chat

Go back to your conversation with the bot and ask it to delete your data, in any language (e.g. "delete my data", "supprime mes données"). No ID needed — the bot identifies you from the conversation. Here is how it works:

1. Request: you ask the bot to delete your data.
2. Confirmation: the bot asks you to confirm your choice, with two quick replies — Yes or No.
3. Result: if you tap Yes, your data is deleted and the bot sends you a deletion confirmation. If you tap No, the operation is cancelled and the bot confirms the cancellation.

This deletion capability is built into every bot on the platform and cannot be disabled by the business operating it.

WhatsApp — two ways to delete

1. Ask directly in the chat: send your deletion request in the WhatsApp conversation with the bot. The process is identical to Messenger and Instagram — the bot asks you to confirm (Yes / No), then deletes your data and confirms.

2. Submit the form below: enter the phone number you messaged from and submit your deletion request. You'll receive a confirmation code to track the status on this page.

What we delete

• Your conversation history with the bot (messages and timestamps)
• Your channel identifier and any cached profile information (name, picture)
• Any contact details you voluntarily shared during the conversation

How fast

Your data is deleted immediately — as soon as you confirm in the chat or submit the form on this page. Any residual copies in our backups are cleared shortly afterwards.
